Unfortunately, the costs for returning your product(s) to our warehouse based in the Netherlands, are currently not covered by TOMS. TOMS is in business to improve lives. This means that we give at least ⅓ or more of our annual net profits to organizations working to address some of today’s most pressing issues. This is our commitment—to you, to our partners, and to our future. To assure maximum positive changes are created through our partners, we are currently unable to cover the cost of returns.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product or incorrect TOMS product, we are very sorry for this! Please contact our customer service team and we’ll inform you on how to best return your order back to us, trying to avoid any additional costs on your end.
